Short version: we store what we need to run your bots, we lock up the sensitive parts, we don’t track you, and we never sell anything. Here’s the longer version.
What we store
- Your account: a username and your password as a one-way hash (we can’t read your password). We never ask for or keep an email address. Recovery codes are stored the same one-way way.
- Sign-in sessions: the IP address and browser name of each sign-in, so you can see and end them, and so we can spot abuse.
- Minecraft logins: Microsoft sign-in tokens or SSIDs for the accounts you add. These are encrypted before they’re saved and are only decrypted on the machine that runs that bot.
- Proxies: addresses and usernames, plus passwords, which are encrypted and never shown again after you save them.
- What your bots do: servers, scripts, rules, connection history, kick and ban messages, script logs, and recent chat for the live view.
- Webhooks: the URLs you give us, so we can post your alerts there.
- A log of admin actions on licenses and settings, with IP addresses, for security.
What we don't do
- No analytics, ad trackers, or third-party scripts watching what you do.
- We don’t sell or rent your data, and we don’t share it for advertising.
- We don’t handle card details. If you pay through a payment provider, they handle that.
Cookies
Two cookies, both needed to use the dashboard: one keeps you signed in, and one protects your forms from being submitted by other websites. That’s it.
Who else sees your data
Your bots talk to the Minecraft servers you choose, through the proxies you choose, and log in through Microsoft or Mojang when an account needs it. Those services see what any Minecraft client would send them. Alerts go to the webhook URLs you set up. Nobody else gets your data unless the law makes us hand it over.
How long we keep it
As long as you have an account. If your license runs out we keep your setup so you can pick up where you left off. Delete a Minecraft account, proxy, or script in the dashboard and it’s gone. If you want your whole account and everything in it deleted, ask us and we’ll do it, usually within a few days.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to fix something, or ask us to delete it. Reach us the same way you bought your license.
Changes
If we change how we handle your data, we’ll update this page, change the date at the top, and tell you in the dashboard.
